 Guacamole speedy: easy recipe for guacamole

Ingredients:
1 fully ripened avocado from Mexico, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
1/4 cup prepared salsa
1 tablespoon lime juice

Nutritional Info

  • Per serving: 123.48 calories, 1.37 g protein, 8.52 g carbs, 5.32 g fiber, 10.48 g fat (1.45 g saturated)

Preparation:

In a small bowl, coarsley mash avocado with a fork or potato masher. Stir in salsa and lime juice.

Suggestions

  1. Optional Add-ins: 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, or 2 tablespoons bacon bits, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 cup sliced black olives.
