Avocado flatbread or roti
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 avocado
1/2 tsp salt
water
Preparation:
Knead all the ingredients with little water to make a dough.
Divide into golf ball size, roll and fold it twice. Then roll again and cook the roti in a hot griddle.
Press the roti when it is cooking to make it puff.
Suggestions:
Ripe Hass avocados are almost black and slightly soft when gently pressed. Look for "Mexico" in the sticker for the authentic flavor!
