1 pound small peeled and de-veined shrimp or crab
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 tablespoons seeded and finely chopped jalapeño
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 avocados from Mexico, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
1 cup chopped tomato (about 2 tomatoes)

Preparation:
In bowl, combine shrimp, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, onion, jalapeños, salt and pepper. Spoon into avocado shells or into a serving bowl. Garnish with sliced avocado; serve with chips or cut veggies, if desired.
